Everything in the $99 tier, plus transaction coordination: purchase-agreement help, DocuSign paperwork, and escrow coordination. Flat fee, coordination only.
Everything above, plus signs, flyers, lockbox, buyer qualifying, and showings. You only sign the purchase agreement. Portland metro only. $6,999 due at closing — zero upfront.
How the Process Works
- Reach out. Call (971) 466-6657 or send the contact form. Tell us the year, size, park, and lot rent.
- We build your MLS listing. Photos, description, and manufactured-home details go live on MyStateMLS, syndicated to 135+ listing sites including Google.
- Buyers contact you directly. On the $99–$1,999 tiers you handle showings and offers; on the $6,999 Full Service tier we handle showings and qualify buyers for you.
- You close and keep the proceeds. No commission comes out of your sale price — just the flat fee you chose.
Transaction Coordination ($1,999 tier)
We help with the purchase agreement, run the paperwork through DocuSign, and coordinate with escrow. Flat fee, coordination only — you make the decisions.
Full Service ($6,999 — Portland metro only)
Signs, flyers, lockbox, buyer qualifying, and showings — you only sign the purchase agreement. $6,999 due at closing: zero upfront. Outside Portland metro? The $99–$1,999 tiers are available statewide.
